School Holiday Program FAQs
Everything you need to know about our school holiday workshops, activities, and creative programs for kids.
Our school holiday workshops are perfect for ages 5–12+ years old. If your child is younger, we suggest an adult accompany or assist them. Older children are also welcome, although select workshops may suit their interests better.
Our workshops change every school holiday period, so activities vary throughout the year. Popular favourites include our 2-Hour Crafts Workshop, 4-Hour Crafts Workshop, Blackout Neon Workshop, Nuggy's Mine & Shine, Personalised Resin Names, and a range of seasonal art and craft activities.
Depending on the workshop, children will complete 2–3 creative activities during the session. All workshops are fully guided and hosted by our team and typically run for 2–4 hours, depending on the session/program.
Yes! Most workshops are designed so children can take their creations home at the end of the session. The exception is our Resin Names Workshop, as the resin requires curing time before collection
We are located in Shop 4, 2 Christensen Road, Stapylton QLD 4208, conveniently positioned between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, making us an easy destination for families across South East Queensland.
Parents are welcome to stay or leave during the workshop, depending on their child's age. Our workshops are fully supervised by our friendly team.

We hosted my 7 year old’s birthday party at DIY Invasion and it was absolutely incredible! Tammy and the team created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere where the kids could completely let loose, get messy, and enjoy every second of it. 🎨💥 The splatter paint experience was such a hit. The kids were laughing nonstop and loved the freedom to be creative without worrying about making a mess. It was energetic, unique, and honestly one of the easiest and most enjoyable parties we’ve hosted.
